Commissioner Wolff has been a long-time friend to our industry. First elected to public office in 2005, Kevin's career has centered on public service, including service in the US Navy, representing SA City Council District 9 from 2005-2009, and for the past 10 years as Precinct 3 Commissioner.  A graduate of Clark High School, Kevin earned a BBA and an MBA from St. Mary’s University. His professional experience includes human resources, organizational design, operational, and business development and operations for a number of Fortune 500 companies including serving as a SVP for Citi Group HR in New York during 9/11 and as the EVP & COO for First American Title here in Bexar County.

As Commissioner, Kevin has been a leader in economic development for our region. He Co-Chaired the Military Transformation Task Force, where he helped direct the BRAC 2005 expansion. He has worked with the People’s Republic of China to open trade negotiations, as well as worked with corporations throughout the nation to bring high paying jobs to Bexar County.

Commissioner Wolff currently serves on the board of the Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG), providing leadership to the 13 county regions. Kevin also serves as Vice Chair on the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), allocates over 500 million dollars annually on transportation initiatives. While serving on MPO, Kevin advocates for transportation projects important to the growth of San Antonio and Bexar County. He successfully fought to keep the US 281 expansion project on the regional transportation plan and to keep both US 281 and I-10 non-tolled, among his many wins.

Kevin's hard work in the community has paid off in many ways and he has provided many opportunities for our industry. Now in his last term, his leadership and communication will be missed!
