"Right People Right Seats"

This session will be discussing traits and behaviors within the work place. "How we can take the people on our teams and leverage their personalities to better your business".

Program Description

In this highly interactive presentation, Jason Williford utilizes information taken from each member to provide practical feedback and rigorous analytics connecting people to performance. Key issues covered include:

What, and who, is holding you back from hitting your top and bottom line goals Gloves-off truth on your top performers, the people currently struggling and what to do about it
Maximize impact, leverage and engagement with the people on your team

Jason provides participants with specific data and understanding of how to improve ROI on employees.

Unique Proposition: The information provided in this engagement gives you the ability to take current inventory of who is in the right place, who might be struggling with the current workload, and why.

Value to members

Members will leave with the knowledge of who is in the right seat and who is not, and the ability to move forward with data to identify how to make more objective human decisions. Members are also given a list of key points that can be used as a daily reference of the techniques covered during the presentation.

Speaker Biography

Jason Williford is a licensee at Culture Index, a Kansas City-based leadership consulting and trusted advisory firm for all “human decisions.” He also is a professional business speaker and executive consultant, where he works with domestic and international organizations of all shapes and sizes. He specializes in helping CEOs create an efficient organizational structure while providing an implementation process to increase ROI on all payroll expenses. Jason’s consulting drives accountability from the board room to the “boots on the ground” with an online tracking process that mandates subjectivity of all managers during the process.

He started his career as an entrepreneur in the first grade and has not slowed down since. With experience in startups (several of his own), Fortune 500s and everything in between, the application of the “who and how to hire” while building an efficient and effective team has proven paramount. After selling a construction company that he started during college, he went on to become division leader for a profitable, privately held, Midwest-based construction firm. He was charged with running a division in “start-up mode” while driving growth through economically difficult times while preparing for the profitable sale of the organization. Once this was accomplished, Jason went on to start his consulting career, which hosts numerous leadership developmental workshops and presentations a year for CEOs and senior business leaders.

Jason has been working with many organizations that are driving for profitable growth while maintaining subjectivity during the “human capital” side of the business. His experience includes organizations specializing in a wide variety of disciplines: advertising, construction, consulting, restaurants, manufacturing, legal, financial, oil and gas, senior housing, engineering, technology and transportation – to name a few. Each program launch is unique to the goals of the ownership group involved via executive implementation and management training. His presentations on strategic and tactical implementation have been given to many highly successful CEOs coast to coast.

With a B.A. in business from MidAmerica Nazarene University, Jason obtained his undergraduate degree while starting a company and lettering in both football and baseball. He was also a member of SIFE, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and worked as a manager at a Fortune 500 company while completing his degree. He lives in Leawood, Kansas.
